1. General

Welcome to the FireCooking website (hereinafter: the “Website”), operated by FireCooking (hereinafter: the “Business”).

Use of the Website, including browsing, viewing content, placing orders, and purchasing products, is subject to the terms set forth in these Terms & Conditions and constitutes full and unconditional agreement to all provisions herein.

The Business reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The updated version published on the Website shall be the binding version.

2. Eligibility to Make a Purchase

Purchases on the Website are permitted only to individuals aged 18 and over who are legally competent to enter into binding agreements.

Placing an order on the Website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they are of legal age, legally competent, and acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a duly authorized legal entity.

3. Products and Content on the Website

Images, videos, illustrations, and descriptions on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Differences may exist between what is displayed on the Website and the actual product, including color, finish, dimensions, or minor technical details.

The Business makes reasonable efforts to present accurate and up-to-date information but does not warrant that all Website content is free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on the Website is subject to providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.

Payment shall be made solely through the payment methods offered on the Website and is subject to approval by the clearing and/or credit card companies.

The Business may cancel an order at its discretion, including but not limited to the following cases:

Technical malfunction or pricing error
Product unavailability
Suspicion of fraud, irregular activity, or unauthorized use of a payment method
Transaction rejection by the credit card company

5. Product Delivery

Products will be delivered in accordance with the details specified on the product page or at the time of order.

Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment. Delivery times may vary due to inventory availability, geographic location, weather conditions, delays by shipping companies, authorities, or other external factors beyond the Business’s control.

The Business shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or factors beyond its direct control.

6. Self Pickup

Where a self-pickup option is offered, pickup shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by the Business, subject to prior coordination, presentation of a valid ID, and a valid order confirmation.

The customer bears full responsibility for transporting the product, including ensuring suitable vehicle size, securing the load, loading, unloading, and compliance with all applicable safety regulations.

Certain products may be heavy, large, or difficult to handle. The customer is responsible for ensuring in advance that they have appropriate equipment, sufficient manpower, and suitable transportation means.

The Business, its employees, or representatives are not obligated to assist with loading the product onto the customer’s vehicle. Any assistance provided, if at all, shall be given at the customer’s sole responsibility and as a courtesy only.

The Business shall bear no liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other damage arising during or as a result of loading, transport, unloading, or use of the product after pickup.

7. Warranty and Product Use

Product warranties, if applicable, are provided solely in accordance with the warranty certificate accompanying the product.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
Improper installation, maintenance, or operation
Normal wear and tear
Intentional or negligent damage
Commercial or non-household use, unless expressly stated otherwise

Products are intended for their designated use only. Use of the products, including heating products, grills, charcoal, or open fire, is at the user’s sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Business shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damage, including damage to property, personal injury, loss of profits, or any other loss arising from the use or inability to use products purchased via the Website.

In any event, the total liability of the Business shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Transaction Cancellation and Returns

Transaction cancellation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder.

A customer seeking to cancel a transaction after receiving the product shall bear the cost of returning the product, which must be returned:

New
Unused
In its original packaging
Without damage

The Business may charge cancellation fees as permitted by law.

10. Privacy and Information Security

The Business respects user privacy and takes measures to protect personal information provided to it.

Information collected on the Website is used for:

Order processing
Customer service
Compliance with legal requirements
Improving user experience

Information shall not be transferred to third parties except as required to complete a transaction (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers) or as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.

13. Language and Prevailing Version

These Terms & Conditions may be provided in Hebrew and English for convenience only.

In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between the Hebrew version and the English version, the Hebrew version shall prevail and shall be the binding version.
